{"id":61,"date":"2008-05-14T13:11:12","date_gmt":"2008-05-14T11:11:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=61"},"modified":"2011-03-15T12:22:40","modified_gmt":"2011-03-15T11:22:40","slug":"torta-dolce-di-fagioli-alle-nocciole","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2008\/05\/torta-dolce-di-fagioli-alle-nocciole\/","title":{"rendered":"Torta dolce di fagioli alle nocciole"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredienti per 6 persone:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>400 gr. fagioli borlotti;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>150gr. zucchero semolato;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>50 gr. nocciole sgusciate;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 limone non trattato;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>3 uova;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>20 gr. zucchero a velo;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>20 gr. burro per la teglia;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 pizzico di bicarbonato;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>sale fino qb;<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparazione:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong> Purea di fagioli da fare il giorno prima  (risulter\u00e0 Pi\u00f9 densa)<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Mettete i fagioli in ammollo in acqua fredda per 12 ore, cuocerli nella pentola a pressione coperti d&rsquo;acqua 20 min. dal sibilo, scolateli. Passateli nel passaverdura, facendo cadere in una ciotola, mescolate. Coprire con la pellicola e lasciate riposare 8 ore in frigorifero.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> <strong>Preparare l&rsquo;impasto:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong> <\/strong>Lavate bene il limone, grattugiate la scorza (dovete ricavarne circa 1 cucchiaino).<\/em><br \/>\n<em> Tagliate il limone a met\u00e0, spremetene il succo e filtratelo.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> Tostare le nocciole in un padellino antiaderente, senza grassi, 2 min., tritatele grossolanamente nel mixer.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> Sgusciate le uova, separando i tuorli dagli albumi in due ciotole diverse.<\/em><em> Sbattete i tuorli <\/em><em>e lo zucchero semolato <\/em><em>con una frustra <\/em><em>fino a renderli gonfi e spumosi quindi<\/em><em> incorporarli alla purea di fagioli, <\/em><em>unite le nocciole tritate, il succo di limone e met\u00e0 della scorza grattugiata.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> Aggiungete al composto un pizzico di sale e di  bicarbonato, fate amalgamare il tutto per ottenere un impasto liscio e omogeneo.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> Scaldate il forno a 190\u00b0 C.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> Trasferite l&rsquo;impasto in una tortiera imburrata di 26 cm di diametro, livellatelo e infornate per 30 minuti circa quindi togliete dal forno e lasciate intiepidire. Quando la torta \u00e8 tiepida<\/em><em> sformatela e fatela raffreddare.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Appena fredda spolveratela con lo zucchero a velo mediante un colino quindi<\/em><em> trasferitela su un piatto da portata e servire.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> <strong>Variante:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong> <\/strong>Al posto di spolverizzare la torta di zucchero a velo, potete ricoprirla con della marmellata, a me piace moltissimo con la marmellata all&rsquo;albicocca!!! \ud83d\ude1b<\/em><br \/>\n<em> <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Provate a fare indovinare
