Sono sempre stata affascinata dalla Svezia e dalla sua cultura&#8230; inutile negare che un maggiore interesse \u00e8 determinato dalla vicinanza di un centro <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ikea.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ikea<\/a> \u201ce le piovose domeniche autunnali, quando non sai cosa fare, sono state illuminanti in questo senso :)\u201d purtroppo, per svariati motivi, mi sar\u00e0 molto difficile visitare questo paese ma perlomeno mi voglio accontentare, grazie al web, dei <a href=\"http:\/\/www.atlantideperduto.net\/2008\/11\/titta-gteborg.html\" target=\"_blank\">racconti di chi ci \u00e8 stato<\/a> dei <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ikea.com\/it\/it\/store\/padova\/restaurant\" target=\"_blank\">profumi che si possono assaporare<\/a> grazie al vicino centro commerciale e dalle <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/tags\/pepperkakor\/\" target=\"_blank\">immagini<\/a> che la rete ci offre.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">Se volete vedere qualche bella immagine andate sul sito della <a href=\"http:\/\/ladolcetteria.blogspot.com\/2007_12_01_archive.html\" target=\"_blank\">dolcetteria<\/a> da cui ho ricavato la seguente ricetta:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"color: #009900;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">Ingredienti: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #009900;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">100 \tgr di burro morbido;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #009900;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">120 \tgr di zucchero di canna;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #009900;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">100 \tgr di melassa scura;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #009900;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">1 \tuovo;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #009900;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">300 \tgr di farina;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #009900;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">\u00be \tdi cucchiaino di lievito;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #009900;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">1 \tcucchiaino di bicarbonato di sodio;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #009900;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">2 \tcucchiaini di spezie miste (chiodi di garofano, zenzero, noce \tmoscata e cardamomo);<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #009900;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">1\/2 \tcucchiaino di cannella.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #009900;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">Glassa: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #009900;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">1 \talbume d\u2019uovo;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #009900;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">\u00bd \tcucchiaino di succo di limone;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #009900;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">250 \tgr di zucchero a velo setacciato;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #009900;\">coloranti \talimentari.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">Lavorare a crema il burro morbido con lo zucchero. Unire la melassa e l\u2019uovo. Setacciare la farina, il lievito, il bicarbonato e le spezie ed unirle al composto. Impastare fino ad ottenere un composto liscio ed omogeneo, simile alla pasta frolla. Avvolgere nella pellicola e lasciare riposare in frigorifero per una notte.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">Il giorno dopo stendere l\u2019impasto tra due fogli di carta da forno, ritagliare i biscotti della forma desiderata, dello spessore di 4 &#8211; 5 mm, posizionarli sulla teglia ricoperta di carta da forno, fare un buco in alto se volete appenderli all\u2019albero e infornarli a 170\u00b0 per 12-13 min fino a che risultino completamente dorati.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">Per la glassa:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;\">Montare a neve gli albumi, aggiungere il succo di limone e lo zucchero setacciato. Mescolare fino ad ottenere una glassa lucida e abbastanza soda.
