{"id":734,"date":"2009-02-25T17:48:33","date_gmt":"2009-02-25T15:48:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=734"},"modified":"2011-02-09T16:26:52","modified_gmt":"2011-02-09T14:26:52","slug":"tiramisu-a-ma-facon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2009\/02\/tiramisu-a-ma-facon\/","title":{"rendered":"tiramis\u00f9 \u00e0 ma fa\u00e7on&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><strong>Ingredienti:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4 style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">4 uova freschissime; <\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4 style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">120 gr. di zucchero; <\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4 style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">500 gr di mascarpone; <\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4 style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">400 gr. di savoiardi; <\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4 style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">200 gr di amaretti;<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4 style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">cacao amaro in polvere qb; <\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">20 cl di caffe. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><strong>Procedimento:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\">Preparate in anticipo il caff\u00e9 e lasciatelo raffreddare.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><em>Preparazione della crema al mascarpone:<\/em> in una ciotola mescolate il mascarpone con i tuorli delle uova e lo zucchero fino ad ottenere un composto chiaro e spumoso. Montate a neve gli albumi e mescolateli al composto precedentemente preparato con movimenti delicati dal basso verso l&rsquo;alto (non girando) per evitare di smontare gli albumi.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><em>Preparazione del dolce:<\/em> Bagnate leggermente i savoiardi nel caff\u00e9 e formate il primo strato. Coprite con la crema quindi prendete gli amaretti interi, bagnateli rapidamente nel caffe, sbriciolateli e distribuiteli sulla superficie insieme ad un po&rsquo; di cacao amaro.
