{"id":821,"date":"2009-02-25T20:36:58","date_gmt":"2009-02-25T18:36:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=821"},"modified":"2011-01-31T20:20:22","modified_gmt":"2011-01-31T18:20:22","slug":"tiramisu-a-ma-facon-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2009\/02\/tiramisu-a-ma-facon-2\/","title":{"rendered":"tiramisu \u00e0 ma fa\u00e7on&#8230;."},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>ngg_shortcode_0_placeholderIngr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>500 gr de mascarpone;<\/li>\n<li>4 oeufs;<\/li>\n<li>120 gr de sucre en poudre;<\/li>\n<li>400 gr de biscuits \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re;<\/li>\n<li>3 cuill\u00e8re a soupe de liqueur Amaretto (liqueur italienne);<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res a soupe de cacao amer en poudre non sucr\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>20 cl de caf\u00e9 fort.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parez 20cl de caf\u00e9 fort et laissez-le refroidir.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e9parez les blancs et les jaunes des oeufs et mettez-les dans deux saladiers diff\u00e9rents.<\/p>\n<p>Battez les jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs avec le sucre\u00a0 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la pr\u00e9paration blanchisse.<\/p>\n<p>Incorporez le mascarpone et la liqueur d&rsquo;Amaretto et m\u00e9langez. Battez les blancs d&rsquo;oeufs en neige avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel et incorporez-les d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p>Imbibez rapidement les biscuits dans le caf\u00e9 et d\u00e9posez-en une couche dans un plat.<\/p>\n<p>Recouvrez avec la moiti\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9paration au mascarpone.
