{"id":869,"date":"2009-03-12T15:37:38","date_gmt":"2009-03-12T13:37:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=869"},"modified":"2009-11-24T17:13:48","modified_gmt":"2009-11-24T15:13:48","slug":"cake-mediterraneo-pomodori-feta-e-olive","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2009\/03\/cake-mediterraneo-pomodori-feta-e-olive\/","title":{"rendered":"Cake Mediterraneo: pomodori, feta e olive"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><strong>ngg_shortcode_0_placeholderIngredienti:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<ul>\n<li>200 gr di farina (io ho usato quella auto lievitante);<\/li>\n<li>150 gr di pomodori secchi sottolio;<\/li>\n<li>125 gr di formaggio greco feta;(oppure l&#8217;emmental,la fontina,scamorza affumicata)<\/li>\n<li>100 gr di olive nere snocciolate;<\/li>\n<li>3 uova;<\/li>\n<li>10 cl di olio d&rsquo;oliva;<\/li>\n<li>10 cl di latte;<\/li>\n<li>burro e farina per lo stampo;<\/li>\n<li>1 cucchiaino di sale fino;<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cucchiaino di pepe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><strong>Preparazione:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Tagliate il formaggio, le olive nere ed i pomodori secchi a tocchetti. Distribuite la farina a fontana, versateci al centro l&rsquo;olio, il latte quindi salate e pepate; mescolate accuratamente l&rsquo;impasto ed aggiungeteci le uova una alla volta amalgamando il tutto accuratamente. Unite il formaggio, le olive ed i pomodori. Imburrate ed infarinate lo stampo per plum-cake quindi versatevi l&rsquo;impasto. Infornate nel forno preriscaldato a 200\u00b0 per 40 minuti. <em>Controllate la cottura mediante un coltello: infilatelo nel plum-cake e verificate che la punta sia asciutta<\/em>. Al termine il cake deve risultare bombato e ben dorato, lasciatelo intiepidire e sformatelo su una griglia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Lo si pu\u00f2 mangiare tiepido con una bella insalata verde oppure freddo per l&rsquo;aperitivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Potete usare gli ingredienti che preferite: l&rsquo;importante \u00e8 rispettare l&rsquo;impasto di base quindi aggiungere\/sostituire prosciutto, carciofi, pancetta, mais, verdure cotte&#8230;
