{"id":91,"date":"2008-06-01T21:23:55","date_gmt":"2008-06-01T19:23:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/?p=91"},"modified":"2009-11-24T17:31:18","modified_gmt":"2009-11-24T15:31:18","slug":"torta-salata-con-spinaci-speck-e-fontina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.virginie.it\/blog\/2008\/06\/torta-salata-con-spinaci-speck-e-fontina\/","title":{"rendered":"torta salata con spinaci, speck, e fontina"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\"><strong>ngg_shortcode_0_placeholderIngredienti per 3\/4: (noi in due \ud83d\ude42 )<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">1 rotolo di pasta \tsfoglia.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">300gr di spinaci \tlessati (circa 1kg freschi);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">100gr di speck o \tpancetta affumicata (farla saltare prima con un po&rsquo; di olio \td&rsquo;oliva);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">100gr di fontina \tvaldostana (tagliata a cubetti);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">1 cipolla piccola \t(fare saltare la cipolla con un pezzo di burro finch\u00e9 sar\u00e0 \ttrasparente);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">2 uova;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">200 ml di panna \tfresca o da cucina;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">Sale, pepe.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Preparazione:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Lessate gli spinaci ( se freschi) strizzateli bene e lasciateli raffreddare. Accendete il forno a 190\u00b0 C quindi stendete la pasta sfoglia in uno stampo e bucherellatene il fondo. Distribuite lo speck e gli spinaci su tutta la superficie e aggiungeteci la fontina tagliata a cubetti.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Sbattete le uova insieme alla panna, salate e pepate e versate il tutto sulla torta, se avete usato lo speck aggiungete delle fette in superficie.
