Fouettez les jaunes avec le sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0\u00a0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse. Ajoutez le beurre ramolli, la farine et le th\u00e9 en poudre. M\u00e9langez\u00a0\u00a0 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la pr\u00e9paration soit lisse.<\/p>\n<p>Montez les blancs en neige tr\u00e8s fermes avec la pinc\u00e9e de sel et incorporez-les d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p><span>Beurrez le moule \u00e0 cake et versez-y la p\u00e2te.
